Renovation - East Hampton, NY

Francisca Interiors redesigned the luxurious interior and exterior design flow of this 80s home. The home was entirely gutted and redesigned to better fit the needs of the owners. The exterior renovation included adding a pool, two pool houses with custom designed outdoor kitchen, outdoor patio and two outdoor porches. In the interior renovation two bathrooms and one bedroom was added to the original design. The living room and kitchen was opened to create an airy and welcoming feeling. The lower floor includes a custom designed wine cellar and gym. An additional 1000sqft were redesigned to add a second functional floor to the property with cathedral ceilings. For this project Francisca Interiors used only non toxic finishes, paints and materials. The spaces were designed taking in consideration the natural light and cardinal position.
